Returns for Store Credit Only
We want you to love your purchase! If something isn't quite right, we gladly accept eligible returns for store credit only issued in-store. We do not issue refunds to original methods of payment.

Return Window

• Returns must be postmarked, shipped back, or brought in-store within 14 days of the date your order was delivered or picked up.

Item Condition
To be eligible for store credit, merchandise must meet the following criteria:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items.
• Original tags must still be attached.
• Free of any stains, makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke, or pet hair.
• Accompanied by the original receipt, email receipt, or packing slip.

Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable)The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

• Made-to-order and personalized items (including custom sizes, custom engraving, monogramming, or custom design requests)
• Clearance or sale merchandise
• Gift cards

Shipping & Processing

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing. Your store credit code will then be emailed to you and will never expire.

If the item is eligible for an exchange or store credit return (non custom, not worn or washed), we can usually process that within a few days.

Yes! As long as the product is not a Custom / Made-to-Order / Personalized item and has not been worn or washed. Must be exchanged within 14 calendar days.
