Where do you ship to?
We can ship to anywhere within the US. International shipping is not available at this time.
How long does shipping take?
Shipments usually go out within 1 to 2 days of order placement

How do I return an item?
Please contact us via the Contact page for any issues you have with an order. Custom items are not available for returns or exchanges. Worn or washed items are not available for a return.
How long does it take to process my return?
If the item is available for a return (non custom, not worn or washed), we can usually process that within a week.
Can I exchange for a different item?
Yes! As long as the product is not a custom item and has not been worn or washed.

Contact us with the specific item you are looking for. Often we have to pull them off due to low stock, but it will be back!
Do you do embroidery? What are your rates.
Yes! We do embroidery on most items. Rates vary by quantity needed and size of design. Contact us for a quote and collaboration!
